The Bluff Creek Marina indoor dry dock boat storage is reputed to be extremely secure and more than adequate to store most watercrafts that patronize the waters of Possum Kingdom Lake - including pontoons and tritoons, houseboats, wakeboard/ski/runabout boats, small to midsize yachts and Sea-Doo PWC's. Building inspection and maintenance is conducted frequently to ensure safety and working conditions of all machinery and structure operations. The spacious storage unit size options are as follows:
- Standard units: 12' X 20', 12' X 30' and 12' X 60' with a garage door of 10' wide by 9' tall
- Oversized units: 12' X 30' and 12' X 60' with a garage door of 12' wide by 12' tall

What kind of indoor boat storage do you offer at Bluff Creek Marina?
Our indoor boat storage facility is securely located within a fenced and gated area, meticulously maintained and manicured on a regular basis. The fenced yard provides ample space for outdoor boat storage with which to store and park your boat trailer - along with maneuvering your vehicle and watercraft with ease safely and confidently.
What size of boats can you accommodate?
Our indoor dry storage building offers 70 standard size and oversized dry storage units at our Possum Kingdom dry boat storage facility for your convenience. Therefore, Bluff Creek Marina can accommodate any boat less than twelve feet wide and under sixty feet in length. Additionally, watercraft height must be under twelve feet tall.

How are the rates different for dry boat storage and wet boat storage?
Rates for dry boat storage are paid three ways: monthly, quarterly and annually starting at $50.00 per month and go up from there based on rental time and which size unit your watercraft requires.
On the other hand, wet covered boat storage is paid on a yearly contract in advance from May 1st till April 30th the following year. These annual rates start at $3,125.00 and go up based on slip size, dock and amenities. Our wet slip storage sells out fairly quickly and space is limited, Hence, time is of the essence. We have a few slips left so reserve yours now!
